If you prefer, you can also visit a professional alterations or bridal store to have your measurements taken by an experienced tailor or seamstress.

Please allow us up to 72 hours to carefully review your measurements and respond with any necessary clarifications or confirmations. We understand the importance of precision when it comes to custom tailoring, and we want to ensure that every detail is just right for you.

Once your order is confirmed, please note that the lead time for creating, customizing, and tailoring your clothing will take an estimation of 15 days. Upon completion of your order, we will send you pictures for confirmation before shipping.

Our shipping and delivery policy is as follows:
- Orders within Nigeria will be shipped within 72 hours.
- Orders shipped outside of Nigeria, Europe, and the United States are shipped out within 3-4 business days and delivered within 10-15 business days after shipping is completed.

Please be aware of our exchange/refund policy:
- No exchanges after 24 hours of receipt.
- Items can be exchanged within 24 hours of receipt.
- No refunds or returns.
